10 people killed east of Kabul

Taliban claim 10 people killed east of Kabul, 15 killed in mosque in Jalalabad, 100 (or 200) in Karam, 10 killed in Arganbad near Kandahar. The United Nations independently reported of at least 20 civilian deaths in Mazar-i-Sharif, and 10 in Kandahar.
